I apologize for the lack of blogging this week. We have been busy testing and I haven't had the time to post as much as I would like. We have been reviewing in preparation for tomorrow's Math CRCT. Thursday and Friday will be very laid back days since the students have had stressful mornings. I will resume normal blogging next week.

April 18

7th grade reviewed constructions for CRCT prep.

8th grade has started working on angle relationships between parallel lines. They do have homework this weekend: a crct practice test (only 17 questions).

April 16

We are still doing CRCT prep. 8th grade needs to study a test packet in preparation for next week. Please remind them to study.

April 15, 2008

Both grade levels are working on CRCT test prep. 7th grade presented their project today, but several students were missing all or part of their project. Please check with your child to ensure they completed their entire project.

April 4

7th grade has a project due on April 14. Points will be deducted if it is late.

8th grade has a CRCT packet due on April 14. Please remind your child to work on this over the break.

April 3

7th grade spent the day reviewing for their quiz tomorrow. They will have the remainder of the period tomorrow to work on their project which is due on April 14. Please remind your child to bring it on that day or it will be considered late. Their only homework is to study and work on the project.

8th grade worked on systems of equations. They have no homework tonight.

April 2

7th grade worked on Power Solids to see the variety of cross-sections for different three dimensional shapes. They have a quiz Friday over cross-sections and their project is due on April 14. We wil have a work day for the project after the quiz on Friday.

8th grade is still working on systems of equations. They have no homework tonight.

April 1

7th grade worked on a clay activity today that dealt with the cross-section of 3-dimensional shapes. Their only homework is to work on the project due Monday, April 14.

8th grade is dealing with systems of equations. 8A has six problems to complete for homework.
